SOLAR COVER
WARRANTY PROCEDURE

1. Click here to print out this check list. 
2. Cut out a sample of a damaged area of the solar cover. (Approx. size is 6" x 6"). Remember this procedure applies only to solar covers. If you have a winter cover issue DO NOT cut out a sample.
3. Cut out the warning label found somewhere on the cover. (Without this warning label the claim is invalid).
4. Include a note with the following information:
 Full Name
 Complete Mailing Address
 Telephone Number
 Email Address
 Cover Size
 Proof of Purchase
 Product Type: 3, 5 or 7 year
5. Mail all of the above mentioned items to our office at:

  Notes:

Upon receipt of your sample, we will contact you if your cover's deterioration meets the warranty criteria, that is, the heat sealed seams are separating and/or the top and bottom layers of the cover are separating.

A cover that is dry and brittle is caused by excess alkalinity. Pieces of the bubble tops floating in the pool are also due to excess alkalinity and neither situation is covered by the limited warranty.

Freight charges to ship the replacement cover are borne by the customer.

Replacement covers do not come with an "extended" warranty. The warranty period is dated from the date of purchase of the original cover.
